The development of high added value solutions through the recovery of waste from the olive grove and olive oil industry. It aims to maximize the use of alternative sources to oil by providing alternative solutions to the waste generated by the olive and oil industry, in addition to obtaining new materials of interest to the market, and also promoting production and consumption models focused on the circular economy.
